Two guide chapters and lots of articles have already been printed on this stream. Another research stream is related to business regulation (broadly defined). Prof. Malkawi co-authored and edited quite a few books and monographs. Elizabeth Lwanda-Rutsate, a Law Lecturer has research and teaching interests that revolve around women, gender, the setting (focusing on local weather change), natural sources governance in addition to sustainable growth. Between 2010 and 2013 she was a part of the Zimbabwean research staff on a regional research overlaying Kenya, Malawi, South Africa and Zimbabwe on “Human Rights, Gender and Water Governance” funded by the Norwegian Research Council and coordinated by the Institute of Women’s Law on the University of Oslo and SEARCWL, University of Zimbabwe. Drawn from findings created from the regional research, Elizabeth co-authored four chapters in the book, “Water is Life!

She is presently a PhD in legislation candidate at the University of Antwerp. She additionally has an LL.M in Human Rights and Democratisation of Africa from the Centre for Human Rights, Pretoria South Africa, an LL.B from Mzumbe University in Tanzania and a post graduate diploma in legal follow from the Law School of Tanzania. She has a diploma from Abo Akademi University Institute of Human Rights from collaborating in the advanced course on international protection of human rights.
